I did put on all the weight mentioned naturally, and then i lost it all on purpose. For starters, i realised i was uncomfortable at that weight. I was pushing 200lbs, and at 5ft 10 with the frame i have (pretty small), was carrying too much weight. Also, I was, as i mentioned, only experimenting too see what my body could do naturally, so i upped the cardio and lifted a lot lighter with higher reps. I was doing this Monday-Friday, Cardio-AM, Weights-PM. My diet was VERY strict. I lost all the weight i had gained, and now feel more comfortable the way i am...Right now, im pretty average. My experimenting naturally is done and dusted, its been years in the making, man, ive paid my dues!
HOWEVER, i would like to improve the QUALITY of my physique. Although i CAN gain muscle naturally, the quality of physique is not where i would like it. I do not in ANY WAY, want to be a big bodybuilder. Becoming huge is not a priority for me. This is why i opted for Primo. I thought at 250mg per week for 8 weeks I would get a minimal, quality gain, and tighten up the whole package. I also thought this of Winny, but decided after A LOT of research that it may be too detrimental.
Im still under the impression that im hoing to have to experiment with my own body to see how I react, everyone is different, i know. I really appreciate constructive advice, im not a 16 year old boy who has to see results TODAY, however, im not a *naturalist* who subscribes to the theory of *oh, you can get the physique you want naturally, it just takes longer*. I think this is, to put it bluntly, a load of old shit!
AS for Anavar suggestions, from what i remember its 17AA, which im not keen on. If i didnt mind 17AA, i would head for the good old Winny. Clen is always possible i suppose, maybe i should give that a shot...
