Hit a nerve in the quad! Fuck that needle shot out fast.

Anyone experienced that.

Going through a faze of hitting all sorts lately. Scar tissue, veins, nerves.
Sometimes the needle just seems to stop and I feel slight discomfort. Do you push through that?

I always go 1 1/4 deep.

i dont pin quads unless im using esterless gear because i always literaly 80% of the time hit a nerve! as for whether i continue i let the level of pain decide but i always proceed slowly. im not a fan of darting needles for this reason

Yeh it's a pain, glutes too.
I never have a problem with tris delts or pecs.
I dnt like pinning too often that why I go for the big 2-2.5ml shots in the legs.
I'll prob just do more frequent shots in the upper body use lower dose.

Haven't pinned quads in years. Hit veins, nerves, fucking twitch, walk funny after. F all that unless doing ed shots. Glutes and delts only for this guy.

Yeh quads are shit. That experience was not good.

Ahh man once i pinned the quad as soon as i woke up, stiff muscles plus it was cold in the bedroom. Went halfway in before my whole leg twitched and stabbed myself with the last half inch of the needle. What i do now is get my needle ready take a hot shower and put a really hot wash cloth over the spot you are going to pin. Then just take your shot right after the shower. 100x smoother

20 + yrs of doing this and I still cant do quads. Too many nerves and veins in my quads and I'm always hitting one or both.

I always inject right into the top of mine a funny thing happened one day my partner was standing in front of me i injected hit a nerve my leg shot straight out like i was kicking a football except i kicked my partner right in the nuts, he's a big guy and he dropped to the floor holding the family jewels the look on his face was priceless, i couldn't help not to laugh about it.
