I usually don't like them but sometimes I have seen a car with those lights under it and I think it looks good...very rarely though.

It's rare, but it can actually add to the custom look of a car and look really great. But mostly you just see them on a shitty Monte Carlo.

They have them for bikes too.

Yeah, that looks cool.. if you only ride your bike in a photo studio.

I do plan on getting some for my Segway though.
