Since I'm sure I'll be on that list I might as well say some parting words while I'm still a member this forum. The following 10 points summarize Nelson Montana in a nutshell:

1) Nelson is a fraud - he passes off other people's ideas as his own
2) He has no credentials - other than being fired from T-Mag. LOL
3) He has no degrees - He's not even a college grad
4) He has zero knowledge of AAS pharmacology hence shouldn't be giving cycle advice or PCT meds
5) Is ill-informed - he perpetuates misinformation
6) He passes off hs opinions as fact and NEVER backs up any of his statements or claims
7) Is hyper-sensitive - he is incapable of taking criticism
8) Is uneducated - he writes like an immature 7th grader
9) Is a hypocrite - he pushes his supplements just as hard as the supplement companies he criticizes
10) Lives in denial of the truth - Is incapable of admitting when he's wrong even in light of invalidating evidence to the contrary

Hey Rick,

I would never want to ban anyone. I want this board to be an open slug fest of ideas and heated debates. I don't even want Fonz banned. Sure, he can be a jerk, but he occasionally has something to offer. I just wish he would offer it without claiming to be the greatest mind since Leonardo DiVince. But hey, he's a kid. When he gets out of line, I can handle him.

The problem here is Big Bad Buff. (Juice Authority) He isn't interested in debate. He just wants to get attention by being disruptive. And that he's done. Of course, he should be banned. But he'll be back.

There is another option which is don't bother coming to the board if it is so bad. Seems quite appropriate in this case so not sure why you waste your time in flame fests as it is impossibloe to learn from them. There are plenty of other forums to post in on Elite so why come out of your way to this one if it is so bad?

Would have thought you would have better things to do with your time.
