I do agree that Primo provides the most solid muscle gain.

Nelson - sometimes you come out with statements such as muscle gain is muscle gain and the body doesn't recognise the difference if it's from test, winny, primo etc etc and sometimes you claim what you have above....

Okay, I should have said GAINS are more solid. Muscle is mostly water and steroids increase water retention in the muscles and blood volume. That increases strength and size but it doesn't last. Primobolin increases the amount of nitrogen the muscle fibers can retain but does little in terms of water or blood. This is why Primo seems less dramatic but the actual fiber growth is greater, hence longer lasting.
