You guys have good results from very slow eccentrive work? The reason I ask is because I have been doing some reading, and gathered that eccentric work makes you loose Type2B muscle fibers which are very good for mass. On the other hand, I have read slow, controlled lowering of the white stimulates Type 2c muscle fibers. I would like some on hand experiences.
 
It is good to incorporate EVERYTHING for a very short period of time.
