Some people waste large amounts of money on AS when if that same money was spent on right food and supplements the same results would be achieved.

But that is not necesary true, if you follow the same diet (for years) of any Pro without steroids you wont ever achieve the same results.... but I do think that so many people takes AS without follow on right food and supplements and that is a wasted of money in gear...

people seem to be under the belief that AS if done right is always smooth sailing.
Some people believe that side effects are nothing, and are easily fought with other drugs.
Some people believe that because it is illegal they wont get caught if they keep there mouth closed.

All of the above reasons should be good enough for you to: eat right, train hard, and most important study AS for a very very very minimum of 12 months before making an informed decision whether AS is right for you.
Because all of those reason are not entirely true

i use alot of infomation that i find on the board and felt it was necasary to put some back in based on experience.......
