If you take this product do not drink before hand..

It was the wife's birthday, so i had a couple cocktails with dinner, went home relaxed.

Took 1 cap instead of 2, I've been using them because of the tren i'm on to fight insomnia and it's been working very well, no need to take it every night..

Well, it normally takes effect in about 45 minutes.. with the alcohol consumed i was out, as in staggering to the bedroom to collapse in the bed and pass out.. less than 15 minutes..

Wow, so make sure you are ready to sleep before taking this product. Another thing i like about this product is when i wake in the morning, i'm not groggy, or feeling doped up.
