Says who? In terms of being fit for a female, this is not one to be considered.

The only products needtobuildmuscle has that women should use are better protein bars and need2sleep.

The mildest OTC option for a female is PP's Dermacrine. Start at 1 pump per day for a couple of weeks, go to 2 after that and never go above 3. I've seen some good reports with this...
