I love Forged Burner!!!!! I'm new to elite fitness and that was one of the first things I read about. I ordered it and my BF and I have been taking it for 5 days. that's what i am doing!! and taking 1-2 days off each weekend, since I don't workout anyways I figured i would give my body the break.
