Besides The ICON and Sustain Alpha, how important are the other supps? I already have a different brand of BCAA, Creatine, Beta alanine and was wondering if the Lipid Stable and Amp02 are that necessary. Basically, will just using Icon and sustain alpha with my current supps work?

Also it says 1-4, I'm guessing we can take either 1-4 pills. If I buy 3 bottles and take 3 pills i'd have 48 pills left over, more than half the bottle! Would it be wiser to buy 3 bottles and take 4 pills daily? Is 4 too much for someone just stepping into this?

I'd go 2 a day and see how it goes. If you want to bump it from there, then go for it.


If you already have creatine, bcaa and stuff and you are happy with it, you don't need to buy the other stuff.

You can run it by itself if you want.

Lipid stable would be for someone who has bad cholesterol values. If you don't then there's no need for it with Icon. If you were' taking products that affect your cholesterol then I would include it.
 
I'll start off with 2 a day for the first week and see how it goes. I've already made my purchase and am planning my diet/routine now for this 10 week run. While doing this I've come up with a few questions.

1) My current routine involves mostly 4 sets of 12 reps for each exercise. Averaging around 13-20 sets per muscle depending on the muscle that day. Is this type of routine okay(I have a log I can copy over if it isnt clear) or should I go with something else like heavier weight, but lower reps?

2) I'm currently 200lbs give or take a few and around 14-16% bodyfat. I'm currently not taking in a lot of carbs and rely on a heavy fat/protein type of diet. For these 10 weeks should I focus on high carb/protein and getting in as much calories as possible?

3) Do I follow the same routine/diet on PCT?

4) After PCT can I go ahead and do another cycle of say 1-t or should I wait longer?

5) Is it good to cut after the PCT? or should I wait after a few cycles to cut back down?

And the amp is not needed but your going to want it once you have it and see how good it is bro.. Pumps are crazy as shit.
 
I may pick some up for this, but got to work out the funds first. Have been using lipoflame/amp02 for over a year so I'm well aware of how good it works.
 
Semi bump my questions posted above.

Made the purchase of 2 icon and 1 Sustain alpha. I also made a purchase of the HSM Pack(2 1-T and the PCT pack) for later use. My Icon has come in I believe and I'll start using it either tomorrow or Friday. The total supp stack I'll be using will be

Metabolic Drive Whey
Flameout(Fish oil)
regular fish oil
Surge Workout Fuel(Pre-workout)
Surge Recovery(Post Workout and possibly in the morning for extra carbs/calorieS)
Creatine Mono

I also have 2 bottles of Hot-Rox extreme(Yes, I use a lot of biotest products), but I think these will work better after i'm done with the first 6 weeks and start using it during PCT or after.

I'll post up a log of my experiences and try to keep it update as possible.
