I have to LOL. There are guys on this board that don't compete and are half your size that do more than that! Just goes to show when you know how to eat and to train you don't have to go too crazy.
Great job on the comp BTW!

exactly, I've seen 3gram + cycles where the guy honestly didnt look like he worked out. My bulking cycles tend to be heavier, but with this trainer, I dont even know what they will look like

not that I know of. Too be honest, I think her cycles are more mild than ones I have run in the past, she just puts things together differently than what we do. I have gone up to 4 grams a week, to see what it did, but I was still having trouble growing, even eating 500 grams a day of protein with that. But her guys never stop growing, so that has to be a combo of her stacks, and training, which is very unlike anything I have done before.

But in the last year, I may have been off for a total of 6-8 weeks max, and thats two 4 weeks stretches over 12 months. I had a blood test done at about 6 weeks out from the show, meaning I had been on for 7 weeks of bulking(very high doses) and 12 weeks of the stack posted above, and absolutely nothing was out of the normal range. So at this point, high doses and long cycles dont worry me too much
 
I've been on 300mg test/week since mid december 2004. I will go off jan 1 for 3-4 months then do 300mg test 8 weeks on/8 off all year. I'll be on igf-1 when i'm off test. I'm not trying to grow at all. I want to lose 25 lbs while adding 100 to my squat which will be tricky.

I ran IGF-1 Long R3 during pct. I used hcg during the cycle and clomid after. Do not believe the stories that igf gets everything back to normal (test levels et al). I am still trying to recover and I had all esters out of my system the first week of August!!!

The thing is people think the list(above) makes you look the way you do, when it's the diet and training that are the real key factors.

no kidding, its not like I looked like that at higher bf's, the look comes from intense training, and the most strict diet I have ever seen or done, for basically 5 months. Not to mention a total of 7.5 hours of cardio a week on top of all that

It's the whole going to the gym every day part where ya lose me.
 
This is a good thread. He looks like he does (this is my opinioin) for 3 reasons(excluding AAS).

1. Gym Animal
2. Perfect Diet
3. Perfect Slin/GH/IGF-1/T3 combo (if he uses off-season-precomp, or at all)

Anybody can get that "big guy" look easilly from AAS, decint diet, moderate lifting. Not many people can look like NS if they don't have the exact formula. Genetics can easilly be overcame if things are done to the "T". Were not all "shawn ray at 21 yrs old". The second he touched a weight, and probably not that much juice, he became a monster. Us bros here aren't him.

So...pay attention to what the more advanced bros here have to say. I am, and am steady making progress, and someday hope to look like NS, and some of the other beast on here.

number one is correct, I give it 110% every time I walk in the door, hell, i even trained coughing up blood last year, as I refused to miss a workout.

number 2, only when contest dieting, offseason, i like to live, which means eat when I feel like eating, I never cheat myself out of protein, but I dont stress over every meal, especially fat content

number 3 though, I used gh once years ago, made my waist bigger, wont touch it again, have used slin and got nothing from it, and didnt use t3 at all for this contest, just ECA, clen, yohimbine, and a brutal diet and training schedule

For what its worth, I have shit genetics for gaining mass, even on massive cycles I have trouble gaining size, but I stick with it, and have for a long time, and it adds up over the years. I admit I do have good genetics for shape, but thats it, gaining size has always been brutal for me. I am really hoping actually having a trainer(a top level one at that), will help me gain mass quicker
