needs helps bros im loosing my mind!

long story short...\


im in the gym wearing an XL shirt... doing arms.... do a superset and my arms are exploding... go on to do another super set and i feel like im arms are gunna rip outta the shirt they are just so pumped up... i look in the mirror and i got this xl shirt which use to hang on my arms a lil even when i was pumped up and on cycle but not its just ridiculous... so im feelin good right....?


NOT

i take off my shirt i got a beater on underneath it and i swear to god as soon as i took the shirt off and i look down at my arms (which had to have grown since the shirt is much tighter around the arms and it hasnt shrunk at all) and im like " god damn they havent grown since i was 15"


is this a really bad sickness of what? i swear im loosing my mind because this post makes no sense but its like my arms are SWOLLEN up and i look down at them in the mirror and all the sudden i feel like i got 15 inch arms...
 
try a different routine with different # of sets and reps. Switch is up every 2nd or 3rd week. I do supersets when I'm leaning out, but for growth I'd stay away from them. The burn is acid in your muscles, which isn't necessarily good for growth. Get more rest between sets so your able to do heavier sets.
 
Not to worry bro, I get like that sometimes.
Sometimes I feel so damn big and look small, where sometimes I
look huge and feel flat.
Its all in my mind.
 
yeah i dont know wtf it is but i feel big when i look down at my arms but i look in the mirror and i dont think they look any bigger

im just hopin that im not the only person who thinks this crazy shit.. idk mybe i am, maybe i will never ever be happy with my size

Tell us your arm size, and we'll tell you if their small...

I think it's a condition called muscle dysmorphia or reverse anorexia.

armsize is about 17 and 1/2 currently dieted down to about 209 @ 7-8% bf. waist size 32

early early 20 yrs of age... will be posting pics soon.... wish i had some pure F*CKEn magic to run before i took em tho!
 
DUDE I TOTALLY FEEL YOU BRO! I'm in the same boat. I'm swole as hell, all my shirts fit tight, not a day seems to go by that I don't hear a comment about how big I've gotten. My neighbors who know I'm on gear keep telling me to end my cycle early because my job is high-profile and they think it's obvious...

But none of that changes the fact that when I look in the damn mirror I see the same peewee as always. It's a condition bro! We've got a warped idea of what our bodies look like, it's just that simple. Great post, screw these other guys who work out twice a week and think they look like hulk hogan.

The greatest thing about us? We probly look fuggin' GOOD!!!

Possibly muscle dysphoria?
