Hi,

is using a 21 guage needle more painful to inject into the glutes than a 23 guage. im currently using a 23 guage 1.1/3 length but wanna change to a 21 guage 1.5 inch needle to go deeper into the muscle. Im using sustanon.

of course it will be more painful. if the gear passes through a 23at a nice slow rate like it is suposed to. why would you want to go thicker?

i shot 22g 1.5" in my glutes, smooth and painless!

after the injection i would jump in my hot tub and let the jets help disperse the oils!

my first inject ever was with a 1.5" 18 gauge in my quad. i was so eager to start my cycle i didnt want to wait for pins so i bought all i could get from the farm supply store. not the brighest idea but nothing bad happened. talk about f'ing pain. i didnt just jab it in there neither. i was a pussy about it and just inched it in there i could feal that samurai sward shredding its way in one fiber at a time.

The terumo pins are pretty nice but I have had oil flow back past the plunger more than one time with their syringes. I use 23g BDs and have never regretted it. They are the perfect balance of comfort and oil flow.

Or go spear some sharks. I used 18g needles back in the day when I didn't know any better. It makes me cringe to think about it.

Thanks guys. My mate got me a load of needles and some where 23 guage 1.1/3 and a few where 21 guage 1.5". Ive nearly run out of the 23 guage and i read for sust that a longer needle is better so was thinking of switching to the 21's but they do look pretty intimidating compared to the 23's. I inject into the glute and so far had no problems with pain or fear. Tried injecting into the quad once and totally lost my nerve so i take my hat off to you guys who do that. I guess that hurts like a bitch cos its tougher muscle.

For injecting I never use anything other than a 25gauge orange and a 29gauge insulin needle... There is no need to

I ive been searching the internet for 23 gauge 1.5 inch but cant find them only 23g 1.25. the best i can find is 22g 1.5 inch. I live in England so have been searchin uk sites, might try searchin the U.S sites and see if someone will ship them. But the 23g 1.25 ones i am using now seem to be workin ok. I have a skinny arse anyway. Just everywhere sees to recommend using the longer needle.
