needing advice

I have been a Olympic Tae Kwon Do athelete, and now am 39 years old... I no longer compete in any national or world events anylonger. My issue that I have is last december I had a spinal fusion and gained about 30lbs with the inactivity.. I have lost 25 of those lbs but the percent of fat to muscle in my body is out of wack now..LOL

In the 1990's I was a member of 1 olympic team and won 5 us national championships.. I no longer compete but I have a desire to return my self to that level of fitness and ability..

at almost 40 now little naggin injuries slow me down and make working out extremely difficult. I am not looking to gain a ton of muscle mass but instead lowering my % of body fat while at the same time gaining speed stregth and flexiblity .

I no longer am subject to olympic level drug tests and want to help myself with real performance enhancing drugs... I have read alot about HGH and THG (the clear..lol) but have never taken the steps needed to develop the relationships to have this safely available..

after months of considering this and lots of reading I am ready to take this step to return to the fitness and ability levels I once enjoyed.

thank you for any and all help on this!!

When you say "nagggin injuries", are these injuries that are in the process of healing or are these permanent?

I would just be worried about the increases in strength from the gear exasperating any current injuries that you have.

well the back is permanet but not that restricting.. the naggin ones are pulled hamstrings and just normal bumps and bruises..lol that just don't heal up as fast as they did when I was in my 20s..

I am not a couch potato that now wants to be an athelete just an old one that needs an oil change..lol

thanks

agreed.... without knowing the severity or the after-effects of your spinal fusion, that sounds like something you need to be constantly cautious about... you can lose fat, gain strength/speed/flexibility without the use of A A S... A A S could complicate your condition.....you just need the dedication, a good diet and training program... I can't comment on G H, as I've never used it before... so I'll let more knowledgeable people touch upon that...good luck!

In that case I would consider doing a simple test cycle.

250-500 ew would work out great for you especially considering your age.

I'm sure you know how to eat and train given your background.

thank you for your advice.. and thanks for the concerns of the injury to my back..

yeah I am pretty okay with understanding eating and training stuff I have done that all my life.. that is how I lost the 25lbs in about 4 - 5 months with no aid other than simple OTC stuff..

please forgive my ingorance in this subject matter.. lol but could you point me to a thread that discusses EW? is it oral or an injectable>? I have a real problem with needles.. call me a pussy all ya want.. that is the one thing I hate!!! lol being cut or injected with anything..lol not the drug that worries me just no way I could inject myself with it have a big phobia of needles.. go ahead insert pussy jokes here guys!!!

thanks again I really appreciate your time in helping me get back to the elitle level I once enjoyed in my sport

thanks

ew= every week

You're gonna have to get over your fear of needles, I'm sure you've been through a decent amount of physical pain your lifetime, a little pinch is nothing to be afraid of.

I'm not so sure about this bro... that spinal problem still concerns me... you think maybe G H would be better in his case considering it has regenerative & fat-burning properties?

I don't disagree, that's something that he will have to determine on his own since only he knows the severity of his injuries.

the back issue is at the l5-s1 area and in my mind is a non factor.. I am not lifting tons of weight but train with lots of resistance training.. helps build speed not mass.. I weigh only 166lbs now and have no real desire to gain in weight. (lots anyway) but to become more lean with a lower % of body fat.

I have no desire to return to a competion ring.. but only to return to the levels of kicking speed and strength that I once had..

I have read the most about gh - growth hormone (somatropin) - but I am smart enough to know that I don't know shit about these topics.. that is why I am here asking you guys for advice.. I appreciate the time and opinions of all

How about hgh for the fat loss?

when you do decide you're ready for a cycle don't let the gear get the best of you... what I mean is set goals... reasonbale goals and don't push it past those especially for your first go and with an injury of the severity of a spinal fusion issue!! there will be times in the gym when you're on cycle that you will feel like lifting a mountain... and that can lead to trying to shove to much iron before your body is ready!! like I said listen to your body and take it slow... feel it out on your first go and as already said test 500 mg pw is a good dose to start with and GH would definitely be somethin to consider but not nec at this point... good luck!!

I have never used GH so I don't know a whole lot about it, but from what I do know I think it could defintely be a good option.

waiting for matty420 to chime in with some regurgiated nonpersonal "havent taken this yet but i heard" post in 3 2 1

from what I read gh is available in a variety of ways .. pills oral and injectable.. trying to figure out what is the best option for me and knowing what I have is a safe product and not just a waste of time and $$ ...

Do you have an opinion on the different methods of taking gh?

thanks
