Neede a new functional ME movement

I was using Tricep dips, theyve got a big carry over into flares. But, the ammount im tri dipping is more than i can lift up onto my lap, so im gonna need to get my DL up before i can hit these again.

Any suggestions on other movements that might be functional for body movement.
 
ME for tris or for benching?

I will assume you mean for benching.....what do you already do in your ME rotation?
