Need2slin the true magic supplement.

Anyone use with bulk? I got a bottle.going to.cut.in may should I save for may. Might recomp in April.. Maybe wait till April?

do you mean need2bulk? The Waxy Maize product? If so I have not yet, and would like to see if anyone had experience with it.
 
How many caps are most of you taking per day? I've always taken 1 cap before every meal that has a decent amount of carbs in it. I'd like to hear some others' dosing schedules. I love this product but then again I love Bridge, HCGen, Phyto, N2Guard, etc...

What I've been doing lately is one cap before meals with less than 50g carbs, and 2 caps before meals over 50g of carbs. I also take one cap before fasted cardio, and at times will take one cap right before bed ;)

That's good common sense, so you are saying 4-6 caps a day roughly then? I read another thread a while back saying even 3 a day (1 before every big, whole food meal) is beneficial and the bottle should last you 6 weeks if I remember correctly...for the budget conscious minded individual. I do like the idea pre-cardio dosing, my bottle should be here tomorrow...and will order more next week...always try to keep on hand.

Any reason to take this before morning workout (fasted but just weights, no cardio)?

You can take it 20-30 mins before breakfast, increasing cAMP and glucagon release so more fat burned on your fasted cardio and more muscle retained as it will use fat for fuel, then shuttle all the nutrients into your muscles when you eat...

I like the ideas of before fasted cardio and bed. I think I will try this.
