How do you feel in the morning? Drowsy? Most sleeping aids make me feel drowsy with no energy in the morning. I've never had this product though. I've tried everything but haven't liked anything yet because of that feeling. I've had problems sleeping since I was a child. Too much energy mixed with a crazy high metabolism.

I have a crazy high metabolism as well because I am only 16. They work great for me though. I have a small case of sleep apnea and I used to sleepwalk every night. I also would wake up multiple times in the night thinking I had to save the world or something (crazy dreams). But since I started taking need2sleep I have only sleptwalk once and it was minor and I haven't woken up at all. I feel very well rested and energetic in the morning as well. Two thumbs way up!!

was out till 4 am sat night... i needed to catch up on sleep or i would be screwed on monday. so i took it sunday afternoon and was able to get a 4 hour nap in which I can never do. it knocked me out bigtime and when i woke up i felt refreshed.
