I hvae been using it for the last few pro steroid cycles I have run. The stuff is great. Before using it I had issues with high BP....not when I am on it at all!

I used it and never noticed anything from it, so I stopped.

You won't notice anything from it. It PREVENTS problems. You'd notice if your BP was high, or your lipid levels or your liver enzymes. You wouldn't notice water doing anything either but go 3 days without it and you will!
