So we live in Chicago and I was planning on taking the misses on a weekend resort getaway. This is going to be a surprise and I want to make it good.
I was looking at Lake Geneva in Wisconsin but there are only a few lodging choices and most seem hit and miss. I do like the idea of a relaxing setting that offers shit like horseback riding and water activities.
If anyone else knows of some specific places or at least the best places to find them I would appreciated.
Yes, I have tried google, but theres so much shit out there for my mind to filter through. It doesnt work that way.
