Will be first cycle ever. At 6'1" , 220 lbs , approx 15%bf and 36 years old.
Will try : (anti-e on hand)
Weeks 1-10: Test cyp 200 mg / week and deca 200 mg / week
Weeks 7-12: Winny 40-50 mg / daily
Weeks 13-16: pct
Looking to keep muscle while leaning out (main goal) and getting a little more vascular.
Clean diet (not sure on the calories just yet) and maybe 30 min cardio 3 x week. Also aware of some of the water bloat expected.
Anyone used similar cycle? What would you think expectations would be on this one? Thanks for your help and replies!
