Need you help guys.............CUTTER

I am about to start a 5 month cutter.

5 years ago I was unable to lift AT ALL, (due to a life threatening accident)

I was cleared to lift about 10 months ago.

I've now gained back all my muscle - and then some - thanks to an agressive training routine, good diet , and AAS......

I am at 360lbs @ 6'6".
Currently taking:
750mg/week Test E
50mg/day Winny

I am looking to get down to about 285, so here's my question/s

- How low can I go on Calories for that long (5 months)?
- Do I NEED to take in 1.5 lbs of protein per Lb. of bodyweight?
- How important will Clen be for fatloss (I will be using Helios instead of the Clen)?
- How important will T3 be for weight loss?

I know diet will be the ultimate determining factor while trying to achieve my goal of finishing where I left before the accident (was getting ready for a show). I WILL step on that stage early next year just to finish what I started.

Any hep would be much appreciated...............

First let me say God Dayum, your a big mofo!!!!! Next, what compounds are you going to be running for your cutter.....the 750 Test E and Winny???

You can cut calories below maintenance for 5 months with no problems as long as your ARE taking 1.5g of protein per lb of LBM.

Clen and T3 will help with fat loss although I dont think they are necessary to acheive your goal, as long as your diet and cardio are on point.

If you choose to take T3 make sure you know what your doing, ramp up and down (tapering off at the end very slowly is more important than tapering up, but do both) and run it for no more than 2 months straight with at least a month off.

Never tried helios, but im sure you know the protocol for Clen if your even thinking about using the Helios.

Keep us posted and take some before and after pics if you can.

Also, Please dont tell me you plan on running the winny for 5 months straight!!!!

I've already taken pics of me before I started lifting again. and I will be taking a TON Sun night. When I am finished, I'll post them here, cause I would be NO WHERE without you guys...............

I am going to be running the Winny for the first 5 weeks, and I am debating tossing in 600mg/week of EQ. I usually save the orals for the "end" of the cycle - but I'm sure I'll probably hit some Var or maybe even more Winny every other month or so.

I've used Helios before as well as T3 - I know the Helios worked well for me, but if the T3 won't make a dramatic difference , then I will skip it.

I'm looking to hold on to as much muscle as possible (then again, who isn't)

I'm just wondering how low I can go on Calories.

I'm planning on getting ALL of my fat from Flax.
Maybe 1/2 cup-3/4 cup of Oatmeal after morning cardio and again an hour+ before workout (as my main carbs for the day) along with the usual 400g of protein.

1. I would do a carb cycle while bumping up your calories every 7 days to restore leptin - I would do 12xweight-750 calories every day - makes 1.5 lb down a week.
2. I would definitely take in a high protein diet - figure out your ratios and base it off of that, not the general 1.5 rule.
3. Helios contains clen should raise bmr by 10% - which will be significant over time.
(I'd use benadryl if you want to stay on clen for more than 2 weeks)
4. Your metabolism will slow down over the course of 5 months of dieting so your results may come to a hault - T3, used correctly, would prevent this and speed the process up. Make sure you ramp down and i would use hcg/clomid to restore T3 levels.

The best fat and water loss diet I was ever on was as follows:
Eat only:
- real eggs
- grilled or baked animal flesh
- colorful mix of veggies in any form
- small amount of hard cheese and real yogart
- water or decafs

I ate like this 5 times a day. Lots of omletes and salads. Took a chewable multi-vit. Had whey (no sugar flavorings) and creatine in my decaf.

Water poured out of me and then fat started to disappear. Energy climbed. When I had dropped enough, I added some berries and that stopped the loss.

Notice what you do not eat. Fruit, any type of sugars, breads and any other flour products, grains and meals, caffeins ....

It is extreme and gets boring, but it sure works.

And this diet was anti-catabolic?
Never had a Carb-Up day?
You still had enough energy to get through Cardio and/or weight training?
 
I would think sides are more easily controlled with acetate.

BTW, You could up your hgh dose also to burn more fat.

i would add anavar or primo b4 adding eq. var will curb the appetite. both it and primo allow lean mass retention while taking in low calories. var may mess with cholesterol, primo is pretty mild as you know but is mucho expensive. i would take the var, make it easier on the diet by curbing the appetite, and it also is great for lean mass.

forgot about the INTENSE EQ Hunger I always get.
Great for Bulking - but I don't need to try and cut when my stomach growls 24/7
 
that sounds good. i'd add proviron for sure. no libido issues with the tren will pop up and it will harden you. i have not run tren so i can't speak on it but ive seen the results. you will love the var for sure

you'll get enough fat in the proteins you eat...fish, eggs, chicken, beef, etc.
 
I'm not trying to beat a dead horse, but the dicisons I make this weekend will shape the BB'r I want to be.

I'm looking at 3500 Cal/Day

I was looking into breaking down like this:

7 meals/3500 Cal
Each Meal:
300G Protein
100G Carbs
100G Fat - from Flax Oil

does this look normal, or am I missing something?
 
One more question...............should I just run the Test E and Winny until I get down to 10%, and then add something like Clen/T3/Tren?

I don't think extra fat burners are really needed until a person reaches that 10% threshold...............

Am I wrong?

If I used fat burners NOW, would I really get to 10% THAT much faster?
 
i agree you should use diet to get down to 10 then use fat burners. i know yes is more effective for people 10 and under

What you need to do is add the most amount of muscle possible. The more muscle you have the more fat youll burn. Stay away from Tbol or primo and definately add the Tren to the mix. If you get estro sides then add some exemastane, letro, liquidex or whatever.

So theoretically I "could" run Deca in the cycle, and just drop the calories a little from Bulking to Maintenance, add some more muscle - then add the Clen,Helios,etc to frop even lower?
 
yea but deca is the most calorie dependent steroid there is. wouldn't tren be a better choice for you

I was looking to add Tren in a couple of months when my BF% is lower.

Aside from the hunger - would 600mg/week of EQ be a decent choice too?
