Need Tricep Help!!

I need some help with my routine, I like the weighted dips for 3 sets, I like the lying extentions for 3, but need an exercise or something more don't you think I am lost after i do those two exercises. Any other exercises you can suggest that would be benefical? thanks
 
how do you do an elbow out ectention lying on your back with dumbbell one arm at a time across your body or would you mind explaining
 
This is the routine that blew my triceps up
close grip bench 3x5
weighted dips 3x6-8
skull crushers 3x8-10
 
decline skull crushers are good...
close grip bench....
tricept extensions on the hammer strength....
tricep extension on the cable machine....

and do them all heavy....

Decline close grip really seem to hit the tris as well
 
The dips and c-g bench are great compound lifts for mass. But for more isolation, try reverse grip skulls.
