Need To Get Rid Of Bloat For Date

im gonna be out on a weekend date this weekend and want to look a bit harder by getting rid of the sus bloat. im taking sus and combating the bloat with 20 mg of clomid and nolvadex a day which i started yesterday. i just want to get rid of the bloat for 2 days. any suggestions or special tips?

Drink 2 gallons of water on Wednesday and Thursday.
Drink none on Friday. Take some Water Crushers too. 2 in the am and 2 mid day and you will be fine. Hit the sauna too if u like. Stay away from soft drinks, too much carbonation! (Spelling)

You could take a diuretic but I would not recommend it. Look as the positive side; if your bloat is a turnoff to your date, you'll know right away they are superficial and shallow.

Just try not to move your neck so she wont see that double chin...trust me im an expert in this field....explain to your girl that your in abulking phase..( i ussualy whip out my pics of when iwas cut.lol) and say this is now this will b ein few months...if she doesent liek it then she aint worth it....

For me, cutting sodium down would work, but not by this weekend. For me it takes a week to notice a difference.

Ok, I came on this by accident, my woman friend has been battling with fats for a long time, than I notice her tummy has shrunk! when quiz she admitted drinking " oolong" tea, I tried it and it work wonders, my bloat's gone, but take it only twice a day, I TOOK MORE AND MY MUUSLE SHRINK.
