Need to drop 40 lbs, keep muscle, gonna use Winstrol

Hi,

I just came off of a two year long hybernation, and I've recently put on about 40 lbs. I currently weigh about 225, I'm 5'11" and I've been yoyoing between 225 and 180 since I was 18 (I'm now 28). I need to lose 40 lbs and keep my muscle. I've been doing a hell of a lot of research online and I've decided that I am going to get back on a workout program and implement some supplements. Basically, I'm thinking about obviously working out/walking/jogging 3-4 times a week, and then also taking the ECA Stack (The original) and also taking Winstrol (UpJohn version) tablets, starting at like 8mg per day working my way up to like 15-20 mg per day. I've never really gotten into these supplements before, but all information looks positive, and I don't make rash decisions, for the most part. So if you're still reading, let me know what you think. I also will be changing my diet up by using an Herbalife Ultimate plan, you know they're really a turn key solution. I like things to be simple, I can't put too many ingredients into the mix. Man you need to stick to the basics, it took me years of hardcore training before I even considered using steroids. start simple: Cardio and lots of it, watch what you eat and be smart, it sounds like you are motivated so roll with it! Good luck
 
I´d use testosterone (sust, test-E, cyp) at about 250mg every 5 days, along with ALA and a high quality zinc supplement at 100mg/day, which will keep aromatase and 5-alpha reductase in check.

This should be combined with an ECA Stack (my favourite is a few cups of strong green tea along with 200mg of caffeine and 25mg of ephedrine, one dymetadrine with the green tea will also work fine). Alternate between the ECA and a NYC Stack, or throw in some clen.

Stay away from winny, it´s toxic and should not be taken over a prolonged period. Test is cheaper, less toxic, greatly helps to keep muscle and it´s somewhat thermogenic by itself. To drop 40 pounds you´ll need to stay on the drugs for at least 16 weeks, which is way to long for any oral. Primobolan at 300mg/week would be a great choice too, but that´s gonna be expensive. I´d stick to test.
 
Considering your present weight and your goals... DIET is the main thing you need to work on. Routine(cardio&weights)secondary to that.

8mg of Winstrol/day? My 45lb Border Collie was on 8mg of Winstrol/day... the minimum you should run Winstrol at is 50mg/day. For 40lbs of weight loss... a Tren/Winstrol combo would be more benificial than Winstrol alone.
 
Packing that much fat around and running winny is pretty hard on the lipid profile. Why are you looking at AS as a shortcut? It's not. Simply diet.
 
yeah you really need to go to the diet forum read there.. then the training forum read there.. workout for a year and see where you are... dont get ahead of yourself just yet
 
For most guys getting down to 12-14% bf should be a peice of cake, save the winny until you get at least that low, it should literally melt off before that.
 
I agree with all the other bros. AS is not your annswer right now. Sensible diet and training is.

Also, winny is a pretty harsh drug to start with.
