I agree with these bro's that the only way you will ever lose weight and KEEP it off is to learn to get your diet in order. BUT if you are like the hordes of newbs that come to this board looking for an easy way out I would tell you that a 30 day, low dose DNP cycle with some Y-burn (5 days on-2 days off) would melt that fat off at an astonishing rate. But, as I said, if you don't school yourself on basic nutrition and get that diet in order, your gains(or losses in your case) won't last too long.
If you opt to get your diet in order I think you should look in to the Cyclical Ketogenic Diet or CKD. I've had great experiences with it in the past. If your interested..read anything written by Lyle McDonald about it.
