need to burn bf

I am 6'4 270 lbs. around 18%bf lookin to drop my bf considerably. It the past I have had a lot of success with eca stacks. Got my personal favorite Dymetadrine Xtreme's to work with this go around. Wondering what kind of diet I should stick to. I have had success with a high protein low carb diet in the past. I still want to keep the muscle mass I have now, jsut want to get my bf lower and lose a lil weight so I can get started on some gear at some point in the future. Any help is appreciated, thanks bros!!!!

Try a basic: 40%protein/30%carbs/30%fat diet
use weight x 11 for cal
DAILY INTAKE: 2970cal
300g protein
220g carbs
100g fat

You should look for 6meals a day: --per meal--
50g protein/ 36g carbs/ 17g fat

Look for lean proteins like: chicken, fish, egg whites, turkey, ground beef-lean, eye round steak, protein powder

carbs; yams, sweet potatoes, oatmeal, green veggies, pasta, brown rice

fats: try to go for flaxseed oil, MCT oil, walnut oil, olive oil, canola oil, all natural peanut butter
