Going to try a cycle. Went to my dr. who suggested deca durabolin. Didn't give me any but said it was best.. Can't seem to build muscle on my own. Just a thin looking guy which I hate! I know - I totally don't know much but am trying to do my research.. Thanks all!!

weight
height
diet
how long you've been training and what your routine looks like.

Dont ever do a deca only cycle. Your doctor must have got his degree from a cracker jack box if he told you that.

List all of your stats first and then we can go from there.

because i recoomended test? i think deca is good for people wit aas expierence.and sides r easier to control he is complaining about putting on muscle what is betterthan test? lemme guess a dbol only cycle?

Seriously bro, Im not trying to slam you, but NEVER EVER recommend a cycle to someone without knowing something about them first. Its stupid and could cause more harm than good. As for dbol for a first cycle, ok bro, we arent living in Arnold times here, so lets keep it real.
