Take her to look at some luxury cars or something and ask her which one she wants when you buy her one.

Or some other super-expensive stuff that neither of you could ever afford...

Just make sure she knows you are kidding about having the money, but the caring about her is real

Maybe it'll make her smile. Dream together, maybe it will be fun... (I meant, as in daydream ah never mind... )
