so it sounds this. you lended out some bad money (fuck I write bad loans all day long) and he never paid you back but the money was for coke and you cannot go to the cops and he lives far away and you need money back

If I were you (Id burn down my water home I live on first) then I would try to contact someone who may have contacts with the russian mob. I would first start going to the slavic hand job shops (seem to be popular) and see if you can find someone who wiling to bring his ass down. A russian will be the first one to fuck up another russian.

the money wasn't dirty i dont sell coke.. he prob. doesn't have the money cause he has a gambling problem.. i'm trying to find him to at least confront him about the situation.

Here is what I would do.
Go to the gym and swipe your card.
Sneak out the back door and drive to his house.
When he shows up jump out from behind a bush and put a gun to his hear. Two choices. Give me my money or die.
If you shoot him here is what you do.
Burn your clothes.
Go back to the gym and go in the front. You will be all sweaty from being nervous. Tell them you went for a run after you workout.
Shower. Put on new clothes. Leave the ones you wore in the trash at the gym.
On your way out stop and hit on the girl working at the front desk. Take your time so she keeps looking at the clock in disbelief that you have not given up. That way she will remember you being there at that time when the cops ask.
