Recently this girl I've known for a long time and I have opened up our feelings towards each other. I'm going to Hawaii for a couple of weeks and she is going to come out and visit me.

Any advice on how to handle it? Activities to do? How aggressive to be?


I'm thinking be confident and affectionate to avoid the long time friend issue, helo the big island, and be fairly aggressive.

She dives all over the world so I don't want to do that with her, I just got Padi qualified. I don't want her to be "showing me" everything so if she wants to dive she can do it on one of the days I work. I live in the south china sea so she will come over to dive later I'm sure.

I want to surf but never have, is that something I should do by myself?

Where are all the helpful ladies and the womanizers her to give me some advice?

it's so easy to figure out things to do.

snorkeling/scuba diving, hanging out on the beach sipping mai thais or other mixed drugs, go out to eat, go to a lu-aw (i can't spell).

do all the touristy shit or just go out and get smashed. if you're honestly that boring where the event has to take precedent over your own presence, then no one can help you.

fuck...you know what i do as a first date almost always? I take girls to a art gallery in a big outdoor section in south beach with shops, restaurants etc. You think i really want to look at art? Or even half the time, they do? No...but its an excuse to walk around in a busy area with something to do and talk and get to know that person, crack jokes and then lead the date to somewhere else.


when you spend more time trying to think of things to impress people, the worse it turns out. just go with the flow, be spontaneous (have a few things in mind, but don't put too much weight into them).

As for things to do in Hawaii, thanks everyone. I got it, do the cool shit I want to do and see if there is anything she has in mind. Other than that don't get hung up on it. My issues was some shit needs planning there but I'll just work around it.

Honestly I am looking for advice on how to get serious with a girl you have know for decades, normally I get serious after about 2 drinks. The Hawaiian activities part is more about if anyone knows some cool secrets verses the gay tourist shit that is easily found there.
