Alright, I have put together a work out schedule where I am going to track everything, from workout weight, reps, food, sleep, supplements, and times. It will be pretty easy to track all of these things but one! I don't know where to find the nutritional facts of most foods by serving size. Please keep in mind that I am in Iraq and dont have a grocery store to buy food from, and am limited to eating at the military dinning facility. I have a pretty good idea of what to eat, by reading all the posts on this web site. I can not use many search engines here, they block them with the firewall. Along with alot of shopping web sites, and shit like that. it is really frustrating, but I am trying to get all the information I can about this stuff I can. I want to start taking BBing seriously. I try to get on line and read this forum just about every day, I can't always get on line, and dont have alot of time, and that is why I dont post alot on peoples threads. But belive me I read just about everything you guys write. If there is specfic sites that I can go to to read about the nutrional information, please send me a hyperlink. If someone already has a cheat sheet all typed up, please email it to me.
I have roughly 9 weeks before "hopefully" I get to go home on leave, and I have alot of goals to attain before that. (yes I know it takes time, these goals are realistic) But right now the hardest thing for me to find is information to put together a well rounded diet plan. Any and all help is deeply appreciated, and if any more information is needed of me, just ask.
thanks again to all, I read everything you guys write, and can quickly determine there are people that are incredibly knowledgable of this shit, and some people that are poges and front a bunch of bullshit they read out of some article.
