Need some non standard shoulder exercises

I need some good shoulder exercises. I cant do upright rows or side laterals because they hurt my shoulders. Luckily I havnt had any problems with strict overhead barbell presses, although dumbbell presses seem to hurt as well. I need ideas for good shoulder exercises for injury prone shoulders.

No I don't have a clip

But I can make one with my home dumbell set tommorrow :)

It's sorta like a steep angled dumbell row with a twist
A lot of medial and posterior delt pumpage plus traps

I tried a rotator cuff rehab program a couple weeks back and it seemed to make it worse, odd as it sounds. What exercises do you do for your rotators?
