Need some motivation

My god, I'm kicking myself.

I've been low carbing for almost 2 years now, but I'm slowly finding myself cheating more and more. In fact, i've put on about 15 lbs over the past few months. I need some kick me in the crotch motivation to get me back on track fast. Hell, I used to be a 34, now I can't fit into half of my 36's :mad:

I've been cheating with things that aren't "that bad", like whole wheat, etc, buts its obviously to much, well, that and the fact that I do cheat with that fast food thing every once and a while too ;).

God, I need to go hit the weights
 
uhhh.... whole weat not to bad? bread is one of the worst things to eat when yer on low carb bro. and the whole idea behind low carb high protein is hittin the weights and doin cardio to burn the fat.
