My god, I'm kicking myself.
I've been low carbing for almost 2 years now, but I'm slowly finding myself cheating more and more. In fact, i've put on about 15 lbs over the past few months. I need some kick me in the crotch motivation to get me back on track fast. Hell, I used to be a 34, now I can't fit into half of my 36's
I've been cheating with things that aren't "that bad", like whole wheat, etc, buts its obviously to much, well, that and the fact that I do cheat with that fast food thing every once and a while too
