Need some input on 1st cycle...

Hi all, I have officially been researching AAS for 6 months trying to learn as much as possible before cycling. I have spent countless hours reading various forums & websites. It's seems like the more I research the mixed opinions on cycles & pct starts to get confusing. Just when I think I have a plan I read something else that contradicts it. So basically I'm gonna to ask for some experienced users to advise me as needed with this cycle.

My Stats:
31 yrs old
5'5" 155lbs 2.5 yrs training
Start weight 135lbs(high metabolism body type)

3000 clean(lots chicken breast, eggs, tuna, pasta, rice, yams)Calories daily broken up into 6-8 meals daily.

Currently training 4 days a week(no cardio)
Chest/tri, back/bi, shoulders/abs, legs

Goal: lean mass gains

Cycle:
1-10 weeks test cyp 400mgs/week
200 2x's per week.

Pct gets confusing, I was originally going to run nolva 14 days after last shot. After reading many pct articles I don't know if that is a good idea anymore.

Please advise a simple 1st timer using test cyp pct to go with it.

Thanks in advance.

We're going to need more info to really help. Age, Height, Weight, Diet, Training/Workout Regimen are all good starts.

Having only trained 2.5 years though, I'd venture to say you have a LOT more that you can gain naturally. At 5' 5", and 155lbs., AAS is NOT what you need. What IS needed, is learning how to eat properly, get your diet in check, and use proper supplementation. I'm going to conservatively say you have at least another 40+ pounds to gain naturally, before even considering AAS.

What are your goals? What compounds are you thinking of using? What's your age? We need more than what you gave us. Plan everything out and post it up and people will help you but no one will make your cycle for you.

At 5'5" 155lbs isn't bad but you should be heavier. With a proper diet you could possibly get to 165-170. I'm your same hight and weigh 162 right now, though my body fat is 7-8 %. My diet is spot on and I very rarely cheat. Post up some more info and you'll get the help you're looking for.
