Hi,

I'm thinking about starting a 10 week cycle on trenbolone acetat and winstrol. My plan was to take 50mg of winstrol (tabs) everyday, and 80 mg of tren EOD.
I play icehockey, 1 or 2 matches every week and 4 or 3 on ice workouts. Including this I do my weight workout 3 times a week, doing a full-body workout!
I was wondering if anyone could tell me what kind of results i could expect? Any opinions on the duration on the cycle, is it to short?
Anyone have any idea what would be the best for pct?

As a heads up nobody will provide advice until you provide your stats age height weight goals experience etc.

You need to do some research based on the way you asked the questions , tren is not a novice aas the sides sometimes get out of hand.. But give us sone stats and we'll give you the best advise possible.

Height: 6 feet, 1 inch (185 cm)
Weight: 200 lbs (90,5 kg)
Fat % : i'm not sure,

Squats: 1rm 286,6 lbs (140 kg)
Bench press: 1rm 200 lbs (90 kg)
Deadlifts: 1rm 330 lbs ( 150 kg)
I know this isn't very impressing...

Only been on two t-bol only cycles earlier. so you can say I'm not very experienced.
I know that a lot of people say that tren is not a good choice for not experienced people! I would still like to try, if not anyone thinks it's completly outrageous...
Goals:
I would really like to improve my strength, and loose some body fat, I aware that diet is really important due to lowering fat %.. So I have diet plan, BUT this plan is based without steroids.. I haven't found any good information about however I should eat more while on cycle!

This is only my opinion (and it's a good one). I am not a doctor, but running hormones shut down your natural htpa n (test production). Bro tren will shut u down harder than any other aas out there, believe me when I say u need to throw test in the mix, at least cruise levels. Happy lifting.

Sorry to say OP but hydez is completely right, tren is very powerful and many times not in a good way. I never recommend it to people that are new to cycles, especially if it's ran alone. Plus, you are very young and should have no problem getting good gains through training hard and keeping a strict diet. Best of luck to you :)

tren and winny by themselves is a terrible idea.. If you've only done 2 previous t-bol cycles why not try a simple 10 or 12 week test E cycle at around 500-600mg EW and maybe throw D-bol at 30mg ED in there for a kickstart?
