need some help

im brand new to this. what should i use to get started. im really uneducated on all of this stuff and would like to learn more before my first cycle.

Im 19. 6'3. 160lbs, looking to get big fast. I spend at least 2 hours at the gym 5 days a week. But im not making great gains, i have a super fast metabolism. I drink 4 muscle milk shakes a day and eat about 5 times a day. Big meals though and lots of calories and protein. For instince, pasta, rice, chicken, salmon, and even pb&j just for the protein. But i want to try a cycle and see how it goes, play it safe, and then go from there.
 
get a proper diet down pat first bro. unless your doin cardio also 2 hours is too much time in the gym 1 hour is enough as long as your training properly. whats your current training regime look like?
