i'm getting into bodybuilding and need some tips on what kind i should take while bulking up, i want little water retention as possible. i want to start my cycle in august that give me like 9 months till my competition. thanx
You're just getting into bodybuilding and you have a contest in 9 months.
I'm curious as to what kind of base you are starting w/ to think you will be ready for a contest that soon.
i've been training for the past 5 years but just got serious with it and year ago and just got of my first cycle wich i gained over 30 pounds. and the comp. i'm going to is in july of next year. I was suppose to compete in a comp. in june but i backed out and talked into takn another year off and compete at a bigger show next july.

i dieted from 185 down to 170 then from there built up with supplements to 190 and hit my cycle and went all the way up to 227
Best bulking cycle there is is test/deca/dbol.
If you don't want water retention then run an AI, watch the sodium,clean up the diet and drink lots of water.
What were the dosages on the last cycle?
