iam 6'2 250 pounds just got off a 15 week cycle of test e 500mg a week when i got off i kinda quit going to the gym this was about three months ago now after the holidays and all the goodies still the same weight but a lil chunky nothing extreme but i need a cycle to get back were i was iam about 23 %bf and yes i know i need to cardio but i need a lil extra to go with it i am gonna use deca but with what and how much any ideas
