Need some help to get my BODY at its best

Bro, you need to eat, eat, and EAT damnit. I know everyone already said that, but don't worry about counting cals. Give yourself 1 month of gorgeing yourself. The only thing you should count is how much protien are you taking. I would drop the sodas and all the other crap. Eat clean, but eat everything clean in sight. Eat meat like you never have before. You need some fat for now. I know it sounds wrong but trust me.... You need to consume at least 1/2 gallon of milk per day. Lot of cals some good fat and a lot of protien. I owe a lot of what I have to milk, steak, eggs, chicken, fish, and potatos. You also need to be sucking down some greens. "ducking for all the milk haters out there" I was very skinny before. The only time you shouldn't feel totaly stuffed is before and after you lift. In those times you need to be taking some whey protien with water and some creatine definitely wouldn't hurt. Fuck the weight gain crap drinks out there. Don't waste your money. Use it on whole real foods, whey, and creatine. Make sure your taking a good multiple vit., and throw in some Vit E a couple hours after you lift and zinc. Go out and get some good quality flaxseed oil and take a couple table spoons per day. I prefer mine before I go to bed.
Lifting..... all the advice given was good. You need to concentrate on large basic movements. Squats, bench, pulldowns. Fuq the machines. Hit the free weights as much as you can. If you can't squat a lot of weight don't worry about it. Feel the fuqing burn like never before. If you eat with the same intensity as you lift you will grow. I think you goal is obtainable, but,
 
I would go for about 2 months abnd if you don't put on anything its time to consider alternatives. I am not trying to talk you into AAS at all but I've heard of many people miserable with their apearance and nothing could be worse than that. It will mess up almsot every aspect of your life, but be warned. There is no magic pill or shot. The lazy whom try AAS might stack on a quick 10-20 lbs and feel on top of the world, but that soon comes to an end when they lose everything they gained. There is no easy way out. Serratus: There's a serratus posterior and anterior. You're probably referring to the anterior serratus. Its basically a thin serrated muscle that wraps along the side of your rib cage. You can normally see it when you lift your arm over your head. And just to add to what everyone else said, you need to eat A LOT. Consume a lot of calories. I dont know how many calories are in tuna, but Id think you'd have to eat an awful lot of tuna to get the kind of calories you need.

how much water to drink per day? 6-8 glasses?

+ 3 milks per day?

If you eat a lot of tuna, I suggest low sodium tuna. No added salt. I think Starkist makes it.

I think you should drink more water than 6-8 glasses. I go through 1-2 litres just during a workout.

If you get sick of milk, there is always plain yogurt and cottage cheese. Try mixing protein powder into yogurt. Cottage cheese is great before bed. The protein digests very slowly.
