Need some help... Please!

Looking to put together a stack and don't know where to begin.

heavy
eat chicken brown rice every three hours and protein shakes every two.
work out 6 days a week with a minimum of an hour cardio.
Getting better but I know that if I lean all the way out then I am going to have a harder time putting on the size so I figured I would start molding and converting now. (don't know if this is a good or bad idea).
If you have any input I would appreciate it.
 
Pictures of you? bf%? have you run anabolics before?

protein shake every 2 hours? jesus.. if you're eating chicken every 3 hours, then there's no reason you should be taking in a protein shake every 2..

Anyway, if this is a first cycle: run test @ 500mg/wk and make sure you run proper PCT or you can kiss your gains goodbye.

I will work on getting a pis and bf% is at like 20... Not good. I eat that much to keep my metabolism up and I have one chicken breast and one scoop of Isopure. I have ran anabolic but just deca and not correctly. didn't know much back then. My concern is that I am going to lean out and then have to put some back on to get lean mass. Is it good to start converting now? or lean out first?

Keep in mind that high body fat can make you more prone to Gyno. Best thing is to drop the extra fat first then gass up.

Give us an idea of your cycle experiance and also some detalis of your training program.

I only used Deca and only for a month. Once a week. I work out 5 to 6 days a week all ways with at least an hour of cardio on a bike and then I break up the muscles in to groups. per day I used to just go top and bottom but my strength increased so know I really try to exhaust each part I am working.
