Looking to put together a stack and don't know where to begin.

eat chicken brown rice every three hours and protein shakes every two.
work out 6 days a week with a minimum of an hour cardio.
Getting better but I know that if I lean all the way out then I am going to have a harder time putting on the size so I figured I would start molding and converting now. (don't know if this is a good or bad idea).
If you have any input I would appreciate it.
