Need some help. New to this

This is whats available to me. Im new to this and not sure what stack, or by itself, would be best for me. Im looking to gain mass but sustainable lean mass, not balloon looking mass. I appreciate the help.
 
How about some stats. How long you been lifting. Cycle history. Diet etc. What are your goals for your cycle. We need more info if you want help. You also need to do some research of your own.
 
*IF* you are ready to do a cycle (near maximum natural limit, finished growing, great diet, good workout plan) you should do Test E 500mg 10 weeks. Thats a great beginer cycle and if you do it right you can make amazing gains. Do it half assed and you just wasted money. Make sure you have your PCT in check. Have you done your research?

If you're thinking or hoping that gear will make you look like the guy on teh cover of Men's Health your wrong. If what you say in your post is what you are looking for then you most likely need to start with your diet. It's the best place for anyone to start. And like my man said, we need more info. Stats, goals, cycle history, diet, etc...

ive been lifting for about a year and a half. 5'8 165. never cycled before. Im looking to put on some lean mass. Like i said im new to this thats why im asking for help before anything. I did a bunch of research myself but i figured i would look for some first hand experience.

u got some more natural growing to do. no reason why u cant get that lean mass without the use of aas.

the thing everyone is trying to point out to you is that gear isn't a miracle worker...it's an aid and nothing more than that...at your weight, you can easily gain a good 15-20lbs. without any problems if your diet and training are in CHECK!!!...once you've reached the peak of your natural growing ability, then and only then should you think about jumping on gear and even then, you still need to do A LOT of research first...

so it's not that no one here is trying to help you but in reality, they are helping you a lot...anyone can tell you to jump on gear but the bros here know that the basics are much more important than pinning yourself for 12 weeks...

and like almost anyone here will tell you, if and when you decide to try your first cycle, use TEST only @ 250-500mg EW for 10 weeks to see how your body reacts to it
 
What ever happened to trying a couple of dboll for a few weeks? In my younger years (somewhere around 1863) that's what they did and people were excited to do it and see what a difference it made. Today, everyone wants to be Jay Cutler tomorrow. Steroids are meant to enhance the pursuit of a better body, not be the sole cause of it.

But this is a sure sign of old age -- when the new way just doesn't seem to make sense. Or does it?
 
a couple of dbol wont hurt. but based on his history of only lifting 1.5 years and weighing a $1.65 I would hate to see him shortcut an obvious defiecency in his diet/training.
