Need some help,Im really messed up here

Hey everybody,been sick for 3 weeks now.Scale is down 12-15 lbs.I actually got back in the gym today and most of my core lifts are down about 40 lbs,this has really got me depressed!My girlfriend told me Im getting small,along with everyone I saw at the gym who havent seen me in a bit.What the hell do I do?Maybe I still got the virus or something with me?Although I have no symptoms except I feel tired and really weak.
 
If you are sick then what the hell are you doing in the gym?

Keep your head up, it will pass. That weight will be back before you know it. Your body is trying to fight off the virus, and thus making you tired and weak.
 
For another REAL comment- like delt said stay out of the gym until you feel 100- or at least 80-90 percent. If you work out when you're sick you're not going to get a good workout and you're just going to feel worse... all you can do is wait and get a lot of sleep.
 
go to the doc and get little something to help the recovery process. The only thing you can do is wait it out, fighting it will just make it worse...
