Ok, so I hit the gym today and did legs.. hadn't done them in a while (i know, shame on me
)..anyway, I quite possibly went at it too hard, compensating for missed time, I suppose..
Now my quads refuse to function.. I mean, I can barely walk because if I don't walk stiff-legged (like frankenstein), and bend at the knee, my thigh is too weak right now to support my weight and I literally fall on my ass.. my dog hit my knee from behind and I tumbled to the floor and didn't even have the strength in my legs to get myself back up, I had to crawl to my bed, and lift myself up with my arms..
Wtf did I do to myself? I can't even do a quad extension in a chair.. fuck weights, I cant do it just sitting there..
What do I do?!?
