need some hcg help please!

alright ive got 2 5,000 ius of hcg (powder form) and 2 1 ml solvent. how do i prepare this stuff? do i mix it the two up and its ready to inject? im going to do 1,000 ius m/w/f for 3 weeks. also its hard for me to keep this stuff hidden in the fridge, can i keep it in a cooler in my room with ice? or is that too cold for the hcg?

don't use the two ml of water that came with them, im new to this too, but u need bac. water and a steril vial to keep it in. if u want 1000 per iu then you need 10ml of bac. water and mix them with the hcg wafer. read some of the past posts on this board for help. it helped me a ton.
