need some easy calories

Since I started my cycle on monday, I bumped my cals up to 4800 a day (from 3200), as expected I felt like shit for the first two days, and decided to bring it down a bit. I'm at 4300 without too much bloat. I would like to increase it again slowly, so what would be some good easy to eat choices...

My diet now consists mostly of tuna, chicken, rice, milk, flax seed oil, protien powder, protien bars, pita bread, peanut butter. Intake amounts to roughly 400 prot., 400 carbs, 110 fat.

Any suggestions?

I can only force down so much tuna chicken and rice.
 
have you considered eating more meals but making each 1 smaller? this way you could eat something good like ice cream which is tasty and very easy to digest
 
Try some "Carb Xcellerator" drinks from optimum nutrition...they are super small and pack 440 calories! Very easy way to jack up your intake...I liked the Grape flavor best.
 
Nlarge2 shake with whole milk, a banana, and flax oil 2-3 times a day will make a BIG difference in your total daily caloric intake. Its about ~800calories per serving, and doesn't cause the bloating, discomfort of those MASS GAINER type shakes in my experience.
 
Large bottles of Lucozade, a pint or four of milk a day(even full fat), pizza, complex carb powders (maxim)..

If you try (as I once did) to take in too many healthy cal's you'll see eating as a chore... cos that's all you'll be doing - eating.... nothing wrong with a few simple sugars and some fat... (but avoid hydrogenated fats cos they are shit).
 
id go the route that pimpn said.. i do the same thing, kinda. 16oz 2% milk, 2 bananas, 2 tbs peanut butter(low fat), and 2 scoops of eas simply protien in the blender. comes out to about 800-850 cals with around 47-50g of protien
 
Throw in a couple yogurts a day - Most will have about 10g protein 40g carbs 3g fat and 200+ calories. And they are easy to eat - not heavy on the stomach.
