Since I started my cycle on monday, I bumped my cals up to 4800 a day (from 3200), as expected I felt like shit for the first two days, and decided to bring it down a bit. I'm at 4300 without too much bloat. I would like to increase it again slowly, so what would be some good easy to eat choices...
My diet now consists mostly of tuna, chicken, rice, milk, flax seed oil, protien powder, protien bars, pita bread, peanut butter. Intake amounts to roughly 400 prot., 400 carbs, 110 fat.
Any suggestions?
I can only force down so much tuna chicken and rice.
