She's 51 years old and weighs 125 at 5'4. She's in pretty decent shape but wants me to help her with a diet.
She says she is hypoglycemic and when she tries no carbs she gets very tired and sluggish and says she cannot hit ketosis. She used to 15 years ago but now she says she cannot.
What would you guys reccomend she do for a diet to lose some body fat?
