Need Some Advice

Hey guys, first time poster. I'm hoping you guys can get me in the right direction.

I'm 29 years old and I'm finding that as I get older my metabolism is slowing down lol .. I'm 6'1 / 185lbs. I guess you could consider me a "skinny fat" person. I defiantly can see my love handles showing a little more, along with my stomach and my main concern, " man boobs" (obviously my biggest concern).

I understand you can't spot train to lose weight in specific areas but I need to come up with a daily routine/diet to shed this fat off me. I'm super focused to achieve this I just need help setting up a game plan.

Can anyone help? Thanks in Advance.
 
welcome to EF bro.. post your daily meals with detail so we can help you modified it to meet your goals, you will also need to do cardio every day and lift weights to help speed up the process.
