Need some advice

Hey guys...I have a 18 year old cousin who always see's me getting bigger and bigger..He knows about my past steroid and prolly current see'ing that it is obvious with all the size i put on. Here is my question, he wants me to help get him on a good supplement routine b/c i told I WILL NOT let him take steroids until he grows more naturally. Suggestions would be great...I was maybe thinking about something like this....

Dermacrine...does he need to do 4 weeks on then sustain..then back on?

Any other suggestions guys...He already is extremely muscular and a strong kid...He is prolly 5'11 - 6'0 190lbs..and cut...I will find out for sure though

agree--i would not let him use anything that changes his test level--good age to teach him about diet/form/routine design & changes etc.

I understand what u are saying about the changing the test level b/c his system if flooded with it naturally..u think even just over the counter stuff would be that bad?

yea, some of the prohormones really work (not as well or as clean as the real stuff), but are brutal in the liver and have sides. at 18, i would not want anything that had the potential to cause him to produce lower natty test
 
sounds good...i will just make sure his diet is right and get him on some creatine and proper protien so that he learns the basics correctly first...thanks for all the responces.

yea no derma. his test levels are sky high right now, he has no need for a test booster. protein creatine and a perfect diet is all he needs.

thats the main thing, his diet, make sure he eats plenty, 6 times a day, high protein meals with shakes before and after training and before sleep. creatine and bcaas and multi vit/min.

one of the young 2nd rowers who played for us a few years ago got on a similar diet ^ at 17 years old, 6'1, started 86kgs then by the time he was starting for us (almost 19) he was 95kgs and still played 60 + mins a game. good natural gains if you ask me.
 
bump to all the replies here, i totally agree. i sed prohormones at age 19 and wish i hadnt and just focused on dialing in my diet like it is now i believe i would be further along than where i am now. i was just like ur friend and saw guys getting huge and wanted to grow fast myself.

creatine and protein with solid diet. u obviously want him to learn how to train and eat right, everyone here does a great job of supporting that here. wish i had someone lookin out for me before i got carried away while i was too young.
 
just up hiz calorie intake ..lots of protein and creative and he should grow like a weed .. he dont need test enhancers at that age
