Need some advice. 41 years old and have been working out on regular basis for little over a year. Got my weight from 230 now at 212. I seem to have leveled off with weights, strength, etc. Would like to lose more fat and get leaner and increase strength as well as some bulk. I took creatine about 13 years ago when I lifting a lot. Any good supplements or other options out there.
